I'd like to talk about Arsène Wenger. He is the most famous soccer leaders in England premier league, because he got the title of premier league conquest as foreign supervisor of Arsenal FC for the first time. He is known as a different supervisor in terms of commanding soccer team for a long time.
His carrier is very unique. He used to lead Japanese professional soccer team /Nagoya Grampus. Before he came to Japan, he had lead AS Monaco that was noble club in France. He had wonderful results there. But his team was bad condition in a certain year; he was fired and came to Japan in order to put distance with European soccer. In those days, Japanese soccer league was established several years ago and unnamed. Nagoya Grampus is very week team and hovered around the lowest rank of the year. But thanks to his abilities, his team made rapid progress in short a time. Furthermore, his team could fight for championship.
While he was successful in Japan, he received a new offer from European club. And he said good-bye with Nagoya in only one year and came back to European.
In a new field, he obtained several titles and was called a famous commander. His soccer is fit for Arsenal FC. He is good at discovering young player who will be worldwide in the future. Arsenal FC is not affluent team compared with other European big club, so his ability to discover young players is very economical and very important for Arsenal FC.
I wish him to get a title of UEFA champions league in the near future.
